Murphy Medical Center Begins a Journey to Patient-Centered Excellence!

Our Journey to Excellence will involve organizational change in our culture, quality and accountability; while keeping the patient at the center of what we do - every patient, every time. The focus is on understanding and managing what the patient sees, feels and experiences. We will continue rolling out numerous tools and tactics that have been proven to create an environment that patient, employees, and physicians want to be a part of. All of our efforts will focus around our Strategic Framework...our mission, visions, and values, as well as our Pillars of Excellence (People, Service, Quality, Finance, Growth) that support our mission, work toward our vision, and enforce our values.
